Transcendental meditation ™ is a form of meditation that involves silently repeating a mantra in your mind for about 20 minutes twice a day. It does not require any concentration, focus or control of thoughts. In India, TM has been practised for thousands of years and is rooted in the ancient Vedic tradition.
