SHIPPING / DISPATCH LEVEL CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Gift Card Dispatch

 

You can book Transcendental Meditation (TM) training for yourself or for another person, e.g., friend, relative, acquaintance. If booked for someone other than yourself, the training is provided as a Gift Card. After we confirm your booking and send an email confirmation or forward the gift documents (electronically or physically), the booking cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Usage of Gift Card

Every Gift Card contains a Unique Code to be used in redeeming the TM training program. The buyer is encouraged not to disclose the Unique Code if they are transferring or gifting the card by intent. The Gift Card is to be utilised only at specific TM centres in India.

Dispatch & Delivery Schedule

Orders made from our website or mobile app (both mentioned as the "platform") will be shipped within 24 working hours of successful order confirmation. Delivery of the Gift Card through post or electronic media is usually done within 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery can be delayed because of unexpected factors or if the delivery location is beyond our service area of the logistics partners.

Delivery Failures

Failed deliveries are not our responsibility for the following reasons:

•  Incorrect or incomplete address input at checkout.

•  Area not served by our courier company.

•  Delivery staff's inability to reach you because of unavailability or incorrect contact information.

In such instances, refunds will not be given. You should arrange with the delivery partner when called upon.
