Our Inspiration

His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has been instrumental in reviving the fundamental knowledge of consciousness as enshrined in the ancient Vedic literature of India in all its aspects across the world. Starting in 1958, 'Maharishi' as he is commonly known, embarked on multiple world tours to teach TM, the basis of experience of consciousness in its totality in all the major continents, which he continued till his last breath in 2008.
Having also brought back the scattered knowledge of 40 aspects of Vedic science, including the Maharishi Vedic approach to health, Maharishi Jyotish (Vedic astrology), and Maharishi Vastu (Vedic architecture); Maharishi has given mankind a comprehensive system of living life in its fullness - providing health, wealth, happiness, success and enlightenment

The Spiritual Regeneration Movement (SRM) Foundation of India has been teaching Transcendental Meditation (TM) in India for more than 50 years. Transcendental Meditation allows the meditator to transcend from the surface of the mind to its deepest layer. The surface of the mind is full of chaos but the deepest layer is quiet.
